| In 1987, our firm developed a Tribal insurance program with the assistance of Native American Attorneys and Tribal Administrators exclusively for Sovereign Indian Nations. The Native American community wanted a program that recognized their Tribal Sovereignty as established by the constitution and interpreted coverage's according to Treaty Law, Executive Order Law, Congressional Law and Tribal Law. |
