| This program was developed exclusively for Sovereign Indian Nations in response to requests from the Native American community. It was their desire to have a program that recognized their Tribal Sovereignty as established by the constitution and interpreted according to Treaty law, Executive Order law, Congressional law and Tribal law. Our Program was created through personal visits and interviews with many Tribal leaders, councils and governments to gain an understanding of Native America's special needs and requirements. |
